March 13th Moms Birthday :D

As time pass, its difficult to get a family reunion dinner. Of course if staying together, everyday will be reunion dinner. But seldom that we have a chance to sit together on the same table enjoy the godliest meal in the world.

For this event, they decided to try out this Chinese Restaurant. Personally first time having my meal here.

We choose not to order the set meal which will cost urm... somehow 4 digit number... At the same time didn't know what to order. WTF. We have to ask for recommendation from the captain. It turn out to be good.

Let me present the first Dish:

Combination of Roasted Pork, Beancurd in Soya Sauce, Roasted Duck and Another Roasted Pork.

Perfect combination. Its SOOOOOOOOO YUMMY ok.

Somekind of vegetable. Fried Vege. I am very bad in giving names to the food. I have no idea what does it call.

Its good to look at something Green when you are tired from work. Or too long exposure to the computer. Look for something green :D (NOT GHOST of course)

Tofu with Vege top with somekind of Mushroom. -.-"

I give up, it is so complicated to name the dish.. I dont really like the tofu, but the gravy is somehow like the one they used for abalone :D Well......

Big Head Prawn. Slash into two. In two different method of cooking. With sauce and fried with breadcrumbs.

The gravy is somehow Sour, Sweet, alil bit spicy. OMG. It sounds much like the sauce for the Fatty Crab :)

Breadcrumbs covered the otter layer of the prawn. A lil bit of salted egg yolk taste. Deep Fried.

This is a lil bit dry. But overall it is acceptable.

In cantonese we call this *Shuet Yee* Direct translation means Ice Fish. I can see clearly the texture of the meat. Its so nice, flowery, juicy, and godly.

Last but not least. ENCORE ENCORE. We are so greedy that we thought the dish is going to be small portion. We end up eating More than our capability. Over eat! luckily didnt vomit.

This is the Pork Rib Fried with Red Wine Sauce.

I remember only this because i ordered this. And all of us agreed this is the best of all...

Its so tender until we suspect that they put tenderiser to the meat. The sauce is OMG so yummy. No words to describe....
