Fish Head Noodle Soup DIY

I had lunch at this stall next to the road somewhere around Cheras. (I'm not familiar with KL oke)

Recommended by my colleague and claim that the Fish Head Noodle is awesome.

The place is packed.... and They have to set up a table at the Back Alley where they cook the noodle. Let me just list down the Key Ingredient and The Method is rather simple.


TOMATO

Slice the tomato into cube. Make sure u choose the hard ones.

GINGER


Chop and slice it into very fine shred.


SALTY VEGE

Chop into small little pieces.

Chinese Cooking Wine

Essential Ingredient


CARNATION MILK


A must. And Secret Ingredient to make the Soup Milky and Whitish.


FISH PASTE

Depends which one you prefer. Fish head Or Fish Ball.



FISH HEAD

Fish Head Have to be Fried.


SOUP
Doh. last but not to miss.... Godly soup Base.

STEPS

1) Boil the Soup
2) Add in Tomato
3) Add in Ginger and Salty Veggie
4) Max Fire
5) Add in Wine
6) Cook the Fish Ball/ Fish Head
7) Add in Milk and Serve Immediately
8) Top with fried onion and green Vege as decoration

Simple as that... Enjoy :D
